This project presents a comprehensive business intelligence solution for evaluating the profitability, operational efficiency, and sustainability of Nigeria's agricultural export sector between 2020 and 2023. Using Microsoft Excel, raw export data was transformed into an interactive analytical dashboard that provides decision-makers with valuable insights into product performance, company profitability, export port efficiency, and seasonal trends.

The analysis began with extensive data preparation, including data cleaning, standardization of date formats, feature engineering, and data transformation to ensure reliable reporting. Additional fields such as export month and month numbers were created to enable trend analysis, while inconsistencies within the dataset were resolved to improve overall data quality.

The dashboard provides detailed insights into high-performing agricultural products, leading export companies, quarterly profitability, logistics efficiency across export ports, and cost-versus-price relationships. Through interactive visualizations and financial performance metrics, stakeholders can identify growth opportunities, optimize export operations, improve cost efficiency, and make informed strategic decisions that enhance long-term competitiveness within Nigeria's agricultural export industry.
